February 2nd, 2008The Sharp DK-AP2 speaker system for iPods seems like a stealth bomber
I can’t be the only one who believes the Sharp DK-AP2 speaker system for iPods looks a small too much like a secretiveness bomber. With the enormous triangular main unit rise onto some sort of base station — and let’s not forget that the complete thing has been covered in black — the Sharp dock looks attractive darn furtive. I’m not so sure about the bomber part.
Anyways, they say that this “Avery triangular plan makes it sole and separate.” That’s positively true, because I have yet to come across another speaker system that looks quite like this. Despite it’s rather anxiety shape, the Sharp DK-AP2 is supposed to be quite dense and easy-to-use, boasting total plug-and-play functionality. Price has been set at approximately $165.
Built-in in the bundle is a whole hit of iPod adapters, making this speaker system well-matched with everything from the old school iPod mini, right up to the current iPod nano. I’ll also work with other audio sources through the aux-in jack.
