Increasing its collection of products for the Indian market, U.S.-based Bose Corporation on Tuesday started two ‘Lifestyle’ home theatre systems. Meant at the premium audio systems market, the two home theatre systems — V20 and V30 — are priced at Rs. 1.69 lakh and Rs. 1.14 lakh, respectively.

Situation that the new products, imported from the U.S. as complete built-in units, will be available from this month-end, Bose Corporation India General Manager, Ratish Pandey, said the products had been customary well in the Indian market and soon Bose Corporation would be increasing the base in the country. Equipped with 5.1 surround sound for movies, music, sports and video games, the new music systems include five small speaker arrays, a hideaway media console, an ‘acoustimass’ remote and a separate exhibit. Bose Corporation has seven flagship and nine experience stores in nine cities. “We have added stores in Jaipur and Ludhiana this year. Among all the cities, Delhi has been the biggest market for our crop, and the customers include big hotels and corporate offices,” said Mr. Pandey. On location up a developed unit in India, he said the company was surveillance the developed trends in India and if the volumes were high, they might set up a developed unit in the future.
